I really hate that cop that is just trying to catch the people illegally using the carpool lane. Doesn't he understand that he is the one causing people to use the carpool lane illegally.
He sits on the side of the road.
This backs up traffic.
People get impatient and jump in the car pool lane.
He pulls them over, making them cross the other lanes to get to the side of the road.
This backs up traffic.
People get impatient...are you seeing a pattern?
Why can't he just get his ass off the freeway and let the commuting masses crawl on home. Stop perpetuating the cycle - dick.
For those of you that have not figured it out, it was another bad traffic afternoon. And the morning commute was worse. Happy carpooling - dick.

I am so glad we don't have HOV lanes in Baltimore! They have them in DC, which is probably where they started, because nothing in DC makes sense.
Damn HOV lanes and there rules! Why don't they just make 15 lanes and anyone with any number of people can go in them, and the police can catch some real criminals!
We don't have 'em either and we only have one major freeway. I hear ya though...we just have a bunch of morons in this city that don't know how to drive. Nothing pisses me off more than being stuck in traffic for 20 minutes to find out that there was a stalled car....ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FREEWAY. Everyone's a lookie-lou!
