This actually makes me think that US politicians are not as dumb as I thought. This has to be a Saturday Night Live skit. No one is this big an idiot...in any country.
Aw man, I'm from Australia and I laughed so hard when I saw this. Pretty sure it is from some sort of sketch comedy show - or at least I bloody hope so!
