Many people have asked me recently what my plans are for the holidays. I think they want to know if I plan on going home to California or visiting friends here. I have had a strong urge to do neither. I have been telling people that I might just go to Aruba for Christmas. I am not really sure why I am feeling this way. That was until I read this in my horoscope for December.
A desire to get away from it all may undermine family plans since an escape to Cancun can seem so much more attractive than another year of the usual holiday fare. Changing the tradition, though, can spice things up enough to avoid boredom.
So do any of you have a good suggestion for a nice warm, tropical place a single lad can go for the holiday?

You can always come to San Diego.
Not really tropical, but it is usually nice... when it's not effing cold, like it has been lately.
i think those aruba commercials are working. i'd go there myself if i could.
