Thanks for following up. I received positive feedback from The Last Person Who Interviewed Me as well.

The next step is a phone interview with The Next Person Who Wants To Interview Me in Recruiting (mostly procedural). I believe we may also need to check references and/or do a background check. After that's complete, we will make a final decision.

Overall, the buzz has been good about you as a candidate for the Job I Am Applying For.
